Toddler Program
Ages 18 months - 3 years | Building Independence & Confidence
The first three years of life are a critical period of development when your child absorbs everything from their environment—language, culture, routines, and social cues. This stage is not just about physical growth but the creation of abilities, independence, curiosity, and a strong sense of self!
Our Toddler program supports your child's natural drive toward independence. Through carefully prepared activities and a nurturing environment, toddlers develop coordination, language, and social skills while gaining confidence in their abilities.

Our Toddler program is thoughtfully designed around six core Montessori curriculum areas that support your child's holistic development during these crucial early years.

Psychosensory
Psychosensory materials engage multiple senses—sight, touch, sound—and physical development. Activities help toddlers refine sensory perceptions, improve coordination, and build focus, laying a strong foundation for cognitive and physical development.

Practical Life
Practical life activities nurture independence, fine motor skills, and self-care abilities. Through real-life tasks like pouring, transferring, and caring for their environment, toddlers gain confidence, develop precision of movement, and coordination.

Language
Language activities for toddlers focus on building vocabulary, understanding, and expressive and receptive communication skills through activities, songs, games, and stories.

Art & Music
Art and creativity are promoted through open-ended activities that allow children to express their ideas harmonically freely. Exploring music, rhythm, and colors encourages self-expression, emotional expression.

Grace & Courtesy
Grace and courtesy teach essential social skills, respect, and independence. Through modeled behaviors like saying "please," "thank you," and learning when a toddler learns kindness, empathy, and appropriate social interactions.

Toilet Independence
Toilet independence is a fundamental part of a Montessori Toddler classroom. At this age, toddlers naturally begin showing interest in this important self-care step. Through a child-centered, gentle approach, guides observe each child's readiness and provide support with dignity, patience and encouragement.
